AIEF Partner SAP Named Third Best Workplace in Australia
AIEF Partner SAP has been named by Great Place to Work as the third best place to work in Australia. This is the third year in a row that SAP has received an award in this category – progressing from ninth in 2018 to seventh last year, before reaching the top three workplaces in 2020.
SAP has been recognised for their commitment to a diverse and inclusive workforce, and providing employees with opportunities to positively impact communities through volunteering, mentoring, and operation support.
The AIEF Team delivers school and employment support to students and alumni across Australia, with team members based in Brisbane hosted in offices provided by SAP.
Each year SAP hosts events, workshops and training sessions and provides professional development opportunities for AIEF Scholarships Students and Alumni to assist in their transition to further study and employment.
AIEF has been proudly partnered with SAP since 2013, receiving funding which has enabled hundreds of Indigenous students to attend leading Australian schools and universities. In addition to SAP’s significant financial investment, staff at all levels of SAP are personally engaged with AIEF’s work, including volunteers across Australia taking part in the AIEF Mentor Program. Over the years, SAP employees have invested their time and expertise to build relationships with AIEF Scholarship Students and support them through their senior years at school and beyond.
AIEF is proud to be partnered with an innovative and conscientious organisation like SAP; their continued support during what has been a unique and challenging year makes our work possible.
Congratulations to the team at SAP on this well-deserved award, together we are helping young Indigenous people build a brighter future for themselves and for the nation.
