On Saturday 9 August 14 students from St Peters Lutheran College, Clayfield College and St Saviour’s College in Brisbane attended an AIEF Food For Thought event with Ann Sherry AO, CEO of Carnival Australia and AIEF Ambassador, on the ship Pacific Dawn.
The students received a guided tour of the Pacific Dawn, and met with the ships Executive Chef in the galley before sitting down to lunch with Ann Sherry. Ann shared stories from her life and career and the students discussed their own interests and career aspirations.
The event gave the students an insight into the variety of career pathways available and was an invaluable opportunity to meet with an experienced and successful professional individual.
