The AIEF Mentor Program marked the end of another successful year in November with group events in Brisbane, Cairns, Perth and Sydney. Mentors and students enjoyed the opportunity to connect with other pairs, celebrate their progress in the program, and discuss their plans for next year.
In Perth pairs attended a Bush Tucker Tasting Workshop in Kings Park, presented by Urban Indigenous. In Brisbane pairs played Laser Tag and in Cairns pairs went ten pin bowling, while in Sydney pairs enjoyed dinner and the sights of Bondi Beach.
Over 100 mentors and students took part in the events, which showcased the growth and success of the program in 2014. Mentors from eight corporate partners including Allens, BHP Billiton, BP Australia, the Commonwealth Bank, HSBC Bank Australia, KPMG, Perpetual Limited and Qantas took part in the events.
