On Sunday 8 February, 16 new mentor-student pairs began their journey in the AIEF Mentor Program. Students from St Gregorys College, Campbelltown, St Vincents College, Potts Point, Pymble Ladies College and Kincoppal-Rose Bay School of the Sacred Heart met their mentors from AIEF Corporate Partners Qantas, SAP, Commonwealth Bank, HSBC Bank Australia, KPMG, AFL and Allens an induction day at Kincoppal-Rose Bay School in Sydney. Over the course of the day the new pairs took part in several structured ice-breakers and get to know you activities that helped to calm their nerves and create a positive and comfortable atmosphere. The new pairs will continue to meet regularly to establish supportive mentoring relationships.
