Exercise First Look gives students an insight into ADF careers From Friday 28 to Saturday 29 August, 13 AIEF Scholarship students in Years 10, 11 and 12 participated in the Australian Defence Force (ADF) Exercise First Look at the Royal Military College Duntroon and the Australian Defence Force Academy (ADFA). The Australian Mining career a blast for scholarship winner Tim Hill The Australian profiles Tim Hill, who is graduating from the University of Sydney with degrees in Engineering and Commerce after completing his studies last year on an AIEF-BHP Billiton Tertiary Scholarship. Tim is the first student to graduate on the scholarship, which is awarded to outstanding Indigenous students studying engineering and other mining-related degrees, and the first to successfully apply to BHP Billitons Graduate Program, which aims to develop BHP Billitons future leaders and technical experts.
